Vulnerable Person Assisted

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood officers attended an address near The Kings Road to investigate reports of a person that was potentially vulnerable.

Vulnerable people may come into contact with the police in a range of contexts, some involving potential criminality and some not. Irrespective of the context, it is necessary for professionals to consider the most appropriate support and intervention.

The visit was completed and a report filed that will put into place assistance that this individual requires. 

A big portion of our time as Safer Neighbourhood Officers is dealing, and following up, with vulnerable persons on our Wards. 

It is with the help of concerned neighbours who report this to us, that these issues come to light.
